What is This Little Art Shop?
This Little Art Shop is the creative home of Frances Marcellin, where I share my original illustrations through high-quality prints and products. Each design is created with care and printed on demand to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
Are these original designs?
Yes! Every illustration you see is my original artwork. I personally create each design, and you won't find these anywhere else.
Ordering & Products
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the detailed size charts on each product page carefully before ordering. Measurements are provided in both centimeters and inches. If you're unsure, I recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our size guide.
What if I'm between sizes?
I recommend sizing up if you're between sizes for a more comfortable fit. Take a moment to review the product dimensions - it really helps ensure you'll love what arrives!
Can I see the product before ordering?
Each product page includes detailed photos and descriptions. If you have specific questions about a product, please email me at frances@francesmarcellin.com before ordering - I'm happy to provide additional information to help you make the right choice.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will shipping take?
Your items are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, followed by shipping time which varies by location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If there's a problem with your order (defects, printing errors, or damage during shipping), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item with photos and I'll make it right.
What if I order the wrong size or change my mind?
Because each item is made to order specifically for you, I'm unable to accept returns for size or preference changes. This is why I encourage you to double-check sizes and product details before ordering. If you have any doubts, please reach out to me first - I'd rather help you get it right than have you disappointed!
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Quality is important to me! If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't as described, contact me immediately at frances@francesmarcellin.com with photos. I'll send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you take custom requests?
I'd love to hear your ideas and yes we often create custom orders for clients! Email me at frances@francesmarcellin.com to discuss custom artwork or commission possibilities.
